A beautiful 3-bedroom Zen villa with magnificent sea views, nestled in a tranquil location in the hills of Cosón, near Las Terrenas.

Located in a secure, peaceful, and serene residential area, just minutes from the center of Las Terrenas and its beautiful beaches, the villa offers indoor and outdoor spaces that seamlessly connect with nature and its incredible energy, an infinity pool, and unobstructed views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. From anywhere in the villa, you’ll have access to this natural beauty and these magnificent sea views.

After parking your car in the double garage, ascend the stairs to reach the villa’s ground floor. Here you’ll find a well-equipped, welcoming kitchen and dining area that opens to the outdoors. The bedrooms on this floor include the master bedroom and a bungalow. Both feature a spacious indoor shower and an outdoor shower.

The living room is integrated into the rock and its vegetation.

The infinity pool offers breathtaking views of the Ballenas Islands. The energy of this place will captivate you and offer you restful and tranquil nights.

Descending a few steps, you’ll reach the other bungalow, connected to the common living area by a small, idyllic flower-lined walkway. Peace and privacy are the norm.

Common expenses are mandatory ($150/month). Other services, such as access to the outdoor pool, internet, water, and electricity, depend on your preferences and needs.

To avoid water shortages, we have a well.
