With a background spanning international fashion, luxury, and global networks, Jade brings a rare perspective to real estate in Las Terrenas. She spent over a decade at Vogue Paris, Condé Nast Publications, working at the highest level alongside leading creatives and luxury brands from the front rows of fashion runways to the prestigious courts of the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix where she developed a precise eye for quality, detail, and what truly defines excellence.
Now based full-time on the Samaná Peninsula, she applies that same level of precision to identifying the right opportunities from undervalued land to high-performing investment properties. Her approach goes far beyond transactions, focusing on long-term value, lifestyle alignment, and access to opportunities others simply don't see.
Jade thrives at the intersection of disciplines. As the co-founder of Kitesurf Experience and co-owner of Estilo de Vida, her kitesurfing school in Las Terrenas, she has built a community where passion meets performance sharing the sport she loves with people from all corners of the world. She understands what hard work, mastery, and an eye for the extraordinary look like in every field. And she brings all of it to the way she hunts for the right property for you.

With 17+ years in global capital markets, including HSBC and roles alongside MBB consultancies, Rachel brings deep cross-border reach across Latin America, the US, Switzerland, and the GCC. She has worked alongside leading global brands, investors, and family offices, including L Catterton, LVMH Real Estate, and Delage, advising clients on capital solutions spanning alternatives, real assets, syndications, club deals, and bespoke co-investment structures.
She is an advocate for regenerative and sustainable building practices that minimise ecological impact and carbon footprint.
