Situated in a secure, quiet, and serene residence just minutes from the center of Las Terrenas and its beautiful beaches, the villa offers indoor and outdoor spaces always connected to nature and its incredible energy, an infinity pool, and unobstructed views of the ocean and nature. From anywhere in the villa, you will have access to this nature and this magnificent ocean view.

After parking your car in the double garage, ascend the stairs to reach the ground floor of the villa. Here you will find a well-equipped, cozy kitchen and dining area that opens to the outdoors. The bedrooms on this floor include the master bedroom and a bungalow. They feature a spacious indoor shower and an outdoor shower.

The living room is integrated into the rock and its vegetation.

The infinity pool offers a stunning view of the Whale Islands. The energy of this place will captivate you and provide nights of rest and tranquility.

Descending a few steps, you will arrive at the other bungalow, connected to the common living area by a small and bucolic flowered path. Peace and independence are the norm.

Common expenses are mandatory ($150/month). The rest, such as outdoor pool service, internet, water, and electricity, depends on your preferences and needs.

To avoid water shortages, we have a well.
