Plaza Sabrina is located a few steps from the sea in Las Terrenas, in the province of Samanà, Dominican Republic. A residencial Complex consisting of two buildings for a total of twenty one apartments, each with private parking, a private pool for both buildings and 6 shops in the commercial area.

An innovative project, designed for those who love peace away from big cities and for those who want to live it also as an investment. In fact, the project benefits from the Dominican law n.158-1 "confotur" which allows those who buy, resell or rent their apartment on a short-term basis not to pay any tax, either on the purchase (saving 3%) or on the rental income for 15 years with an expected return on rental investment (ROI) of 10% or more.

When it’s not used by the owners, we can manage the rental as an Apart-Hotel, everything will be managed by our rental agency which has its own staff for maintenance, cleaning, customers check-in and check-out, has its own laundry and security.
